He has held senior compliance roles at AmTrust International and Insurance Compliance Services Ltd, supporting firms in navigating regulatory requirements and embedding effective governance frameworks.

His background includes a decade at Allianz Insurance, where he worked across technical underwriting, risk analysis and business standards, giving him a broad understanding of how insurance products operate in practice. This combination of technical and compliance experience enables him to take a pragmatic, commercially aware approach to regulatory oversight.
