Vision and cognition

To help you see the content of Suited website you have some options:

  • Change the settings of your internet browser
  • Use voice-to-speech technology

If you wish to increase the font size on your laptop or computer screen, go to the browser ‘Settings’. The menu choice may differ from browser to browser but you should find the option to increase the text size under ‘Preferences’ or ‘View’.

Your browser may also have a text-to-speech function which, if selected, will read out the text on the screen including descriptions of any images.

Braille, large font, audio material

To request any information including your policy schedule and documentation in a different format, please contact us here. Specify your preference of how we should get in touch with you and we will respond to within 3 days.

Hearing and speech

If you would like to speak to us using a British Sign Language interpreter please contact us here.

If you’re deaf or have a hearing impairment, or you have difficulty with your speech, you can download the TextRelay app which will enable you to communicate with us.

As an existing customer, you can also contact us via the secure messaging system in your customer portal. In order to log you will need your Suited ID and your password.
