Steven is Co-founder of Suited, where over the past five years he has led the design and build of a digital insurance platform focused on the needs of SMEs and self-employed professionals. His work centres on creating simple, flexible insurance solutions that reflect how small businesses operate in practice, combining instant pricing, self-service policy management and a subscription-based model.

At Suited, Steven has overseen the development of a fully integrated platform, including online quote and bind, payment infrastructure, customer portal and back-end systems, all designed to give customers greater control and transparency. His approach is grounded in understanding the day-to-day realities of running a small business and translating those into clear, practical insurance journeys that are easy to use and manage.

Prior to Suited, Steven held senior programme and technology roles across large organisations, including leading complex transformation programmes in security, infrastructure and compliance at scale. His background includes managing multi-million-pound programmes, delivering large-scale system changes and working closely with senior stakeholders across global businesses.

This combination of hands-on platform development and experience delivering complex technical programmes enables Steven to take a pragmatic, customer-focused approach to building digital insurance solutions that work in practice.
